The board of directors acts as the governing body, supervising the executive and overseeing the management of the student union's activities and affairs at a high governance level. Directors are responsible for serving as the chief liaison between the student union and the student population and must act honestly in the best interests of the student union.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, be a full time voting member in good standing, and be in academic good standing unless they are a continuing director. Directors must exercise the care, diligence, and skill a reasonably prudent person would use in comparable circumstances and comply with all relevant acts, articles, and bylaws.
