Candidates must possess proven experience designing and developing learning solutions using authoring tools like articulate, camtasia, or vyond, alongside demonstrated knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Required qualifications include bilingualism in english and french (Oral and written) and the ability to manage complex learning projects end-To-End, including experience with technical content or digital adoption tools.
