The child & youth care worker will ensure that the developmental, treatment, and psycho-Social needs of children, youth, and families are met through active involvement in assessment and therapeutic interventions. This role includes providing individual service delivery, case management, and group programming support in alignment with the agency's philosophy and goals.
A minimum hbsw or related degree is required, along with at least two years of experience working with children and youth facing emotional or mental health challenges. Candidates should also have experience in developing intervention plans and supporting families.
