The successful candidate will lead a research program focused on understanding and addressing factors influencing the adoption, integration, scale-Up, and sustainability of effective interventions to equitably improve population and community health. They are expected to conduct active and innovative research programs and contribute meaningfully to undergraduate and graduate teaching and curriculum.
Applicants must hold a phd in a health-Related field or discipline and demonstrate expertise in implementation science, evidenced by the use of established frameworks, theories, or methodologies. Candidates must also show a strong potential for outstanding teaching contributions and possess excellent english language skills for effective communication.
