The senior therapist is responsible for the planning, development, organization, and delivery of therapy services within an interdisciplinary team. They also provide training, coaching, mentoring, and guidance to staff therapists and other team members.
A bachelor of occupational therapy is required, along with registration or eligibility for registration with the saskatchewan society of occupational therapists. A basic life support certificate (Bls) is also necessary.
