The youth worker will provide supervision and basic needs to youth in crisis, assist them in transitioning to secure housing, and maintain order within the facility. They will also conduct assessments, facilitate meetings, and provide ongoing support to help youth break the cycles of poverty and homelessness.
Candidates must have a post-Secondary degree or diploma in a related field and a minimum of three years of experience working with at-Risk youth. Additional skills in crisis intervention, case management, and knowledge of regulatory environments are preferred.
