The registered behaviour analyst will assess client needs and develop behavior plans targeting skill acquisition and problem behavior reduction. They will also supervise aba interventions and provide training and feedback to therapists.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working with asd or developmental disabilities and hold a master's degree in applied behaviour analysis or a related field. Certification as a bcba and a valid driver's license are also required.
