The nurse educator assesses and validates learning needs, develops and implements educational programs, and provides clinical support to nursing staff. They also facilitate learning, monitor staff progress, and ensure educational content is evidence-Based.
Candidates must be registered with the bc college of nurses and midwives and have three years of recent nursing experience, including one year in teaching or mentoring roles. Preferred qualifications include educator pathway education.
