Core responsibilities
The early learning facilitator is responsible for the daily operation of before and after school programs, including planning activities and ensuring the developmental needs of children are met. They also provide coaching to assistants and maintain positive relationships with school personnel and families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a relevant diploma or degree in child care, recreation, or social services, or be a member of the cece or oct. A minimum of two years of experience in a licensed child care setting and current first aid/Cpr certification are required.
