Design and deliver structured conditioning programs tailored to youth athletes focusing on speed, agility, and strength. Lead engaging small group sessions while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for athletic development.
Requires at least six months of experience in teaching sports conditioning or group fitness classes. Candidates must hold valid certifications in Standard First Aid, CPR Level C, and a recognized Group Fitness or Personal Trainer certification.
$26.14 per hour

The Youth Sports Conditioning Instructor will be responsible for planning and leading group training sessions for youth athletes (ages 9-15 yrs) across various skill levels and sports backgrounds. The ideal candidate will create a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment while focusing on proper form, injury prevention, and athletic development.
