Recruitment Advisor

The recruitment advisor will implement the wbf recruitment strategy by developing and delivering recruitment resources, workshops, and information sessions to connect women with training for economic security. This role involves organizing recruitment efforts across a geographic region, representing wbf at events, and fostering deep relationships with community organizations, especially indigenous communities.

Candidates must possess strong relationship-Building, communication, and public speaking skills, along with excellent organizational abilities and comfort working independently and collaboratively. A related postsecondary degree or diploma, a minimum of two years in recruitment or community engagement, and the ability to travel frequently throughout alberta are required.
