Facilitator, Employment & Community Services

The facilitator is responsible for developing and leading employment programs and workshops, which includes planning sessions, providing on-The-Job coaching, and creating necessary job aids and resources in collaboration with the employment team. Key duties involve assessing participant needs, updating curriculum, delivering workshops both virtually and in-Person, and providing job coaching support to job seekers.

Candidates must have completed or be enrolled in post-Secondary education related to social services, community services, or career counselling, along with 1-3 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. Essential requirements include a clear criminal record check, current first aid/Cpr 'c' certification, and strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and flexibility regarding scheduling.
