Early Childhood Educator or Early Childhood Educator, IT/SN

Early childhood educators at the ymca are responsible for ensuring a safe and engaging environment by designing and leading activities tailored to children's interests and developmental stages using the ymca playing to learn curriculum. They must also cultivate strong, positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and community partners to deliver high-Quality childcare.

Candidates must possess basic early childhood educator certification recognized in british columbia, along with required emergency first aid, cpr-C & aed certification (To be obtained within 30 days of starting). An infant toddler educator license or special needs educator certification are considered assets.
