Childminding and Recreation Staff

Staff will be responsible for the care, safety, and well-Being of multiple children aged 3 months to 8 years old while building positive relationships that encourage participant growth and development. This role also requires ensuring ymca experiences are friendly and welcoming and attending required meetings, planning sessions, and training events.

Candidates must possess a current emergency first aid with cpr-C & aed certificate and demonstrate efficiency, high organization, detail-Orientation, and multi-Tasking abilities suitable for a fast-Paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary, along with access to reliable transit or a vehicle, and the ability to provide a recent satisfactory criminal reference check.
