Core responsibilities

The clinician will provide trauma-Informed, strengths-Based individual, group, and family mental health services, including consultation and crisis intervention within the school setting. Responsibilities also involve participating in school intervention teams, consulting with staff, and attending sst/Iep meetings to coordinate services for youth and families.

Requirements summary

A master’s degree in counseling, clinical social work, or psychology is required, along with experience working in schools within diverse, urban communities and a strong understanding of trauma-Informed practices. Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and demonstrate a commitment to collaborating with parents, teachers, and staff.
