Early Childhood Assistant

The role involves delivering high-Quality, developmentally appropriate programs to facilitate children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth, including implementing activities that support the inclusion of children with special needs. Responsibilities also include supervising children for safety, assisting with program planning and evaluation, recording observations, and communicating sensitively with parents.

Candidates must be a graduate of an early childhood assistant program or equivalent, with experience working with children, including those with special needs. Required qualifications include knowledge of elect and play-Based curriculum, good communication skills, computer literacy, and holding current standard first aid certification and an acceptable vulnerable police record check.
