Classroom Facilitator 1

The classroom facilitator 1 is responsible for delivering group-Based programs focused on developing school-Readiness skills for children aged 3 to 6 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. This involves collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals, implementing aba strategies, and assisting children with personal care requirements.

Candidates must possess a diploma in early childhood education, child and youth worker, or an undergraduate degree/Diploma in a related field like social services, psychology, or aba, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with preschool children. Essential knowledge includes behavior management strategies, program planning for developmental disabilities, and understanding the ontario autism program.
