Destination Porter 2026

The role involves ensuring the safe operation of the aircraft and actively participating in porter’s safety management system by reporting hazards and incidents encountered during daily operations. Candidates will receive mentorship through the destination porter program, with an option to interview for a first officer position after accumulating 500 flight hours.

Eligibility is split into two paths

Recent graduates from specific aviation schools who meet academic and conduct standards, or existing pilots who have completed cpl iatra or atpl exams and have at least 300 total flight hours. All applicants must demonstrate high professionalism, strong work ethic, and legal eligibility to work in canada.
