The role involves developing and leading high-Quality, developmentally appropriate programs for children to foster their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth, while also leading inclusion efforts for children with special needs. Responsibilities include planning and executing daily programming according to agency curriculum, ensuring a safe environment, and collaborating with staff to meet individual and group needs.

Candidates must possess an early childhood education degree/Diploma or equivalent, along with experience working with children, including those with special needs, and must be a member in good standing with the college of early childhood educators. Required knowledge includes elect and high scope curriculum, and candidates need strong communication skills, computer literacy, and must pass a vulnerable police record check.
