Early Childhood Educator

The role involves developing and leading high-Quality, developmentally appropriate programs to foster children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth, including leading inclusive programs for children with special needs. Responsibilities also include planning and organizing a safe environment, executing daily programming based on agency curriculum, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Candidates must possess an early childhood education degree/Diploma or equivalent, along with experience working with children, including those with special needs, and be a member in good standing with the college of early childhood educators. Required qualifications also include strong knowledge of elect and high scope curriculum, good communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to pass a vulnerable police record check and hold current first aid certification.
