Early Childhood Educator

Develops and leads the implementation of high-Quality, developmentally appropriate programs for children to foster their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth, including leading inclusive programming for children with special needs. Responsibilities also include planning and supervising a safe environment, executing daily programming based on agency curriculum, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Candidates must possess an early childhood education degree/Diploma or equivalent, along with experience working with children, including those with special needs, and must be a member in good standing with the college of early childhood educators. Required knowledge includes elect and high scope curriculum, strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to pass a vulnerable police record check and hold current first aid certification.
