Instructional Designer - 6 Month Term

The instructional designer will design, develop, implement, and measure employee and leader initiatives aligned with organizational learning and strategic needs. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create relevant learning solutions and managing all elements of the learning solution lifecycle.

Candidates must possess over 3 years of experience in a corporate or l&d environment, focusing on learning and performance, along with a strong instructional design background and proficiency in design tools like articulate 360 and canva. Strong organizational, time management, and writing skills are also expected.
