Candidates must possess an entry-To-Practice academic credential in physiotherapy from an accredited canadian university or an approved equivalent, and must be registered on the active practice register of the college of physiotherapists of manitoba. Required skills include effective communication, professional judgment, the ability to work cooperatively, and physical capacity for tasks like standing for extended periods and safely transferring heavy clients.
