Instructional Designer (12 Month Contract)

The instructional designer will collaborate with team members to determine learning objectives and design various training materials, including e-Learning lessons and facilitator guides, to meet organizational learning objectives. Key tasks involve conducting lesson analysis, interviewing subject matter experts, and designing, developing, piloting, and finalizing training curriculums and media.

Candidates must demonstrate proven application of current adult learning theories and possess either a certificate in adult education or three years of relevant instructional design experience. Essential qualifications include proficiency with elearning design tools, strong communication skills, experience translating complex information, and proven time management abilities.
