Instructional Designer (12 Month Contract)

The instructional designer will collaborate with team members to determine learning objectives and design various training materials, including e-Learning lessons and facilitator guides, to meet organizational learning objectives. Key tasks involve conducting lesson analysis, interviewing subject matter experts, designing learning materials, piloting new programs, and obtaining feedback on training effectiveness.

Candidates must demonstrate proven application of current adult learning theories and practices, supported by either a certificate in adult education or three years of relevant instructional design experience. Essential skills include proficiency with elearning design tools, strong communication, creativity in engaging learners, and the ability to translate complex information into digestible formats.
