Assistant Educator - Preschool Program

The assistant educator is responsible for ensuring operational and curriculum requirements are met in compliance with all ministry and organizational guidelines, while delivering a developmentally appropriate, play-Based program using specialized early childhood education skills. Key duties include engaging with children, assisting with care needs like meals and toileting, fostering parent communication, and completing necessary administrative documentation.

Candidates must possess basic knowledge of child developmental needs and the ability to apply this knowledge, along with proven effective written and verbal communication skills for establishing professional relationships. Required documentation includes a recent vulnerable sector check and up-To-Date cpr-C and standard first aid certification, along with the physical stamina to supervise children in various settings.
