The program team member will facilitate age-Appropriate adventure activities such as canoeing, climbing, and high ropes, while modeling enthusiasm and strict safety standards for all campers. Responsibilities also include maintaining program equipment, following risk management protocols, and assisting with operational logistics and documentation for continuous program improvement.
Candidates must possess experience in leading outdoor recreation or adventure-Based programming and working with children or youth in recreational settings, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. Required certifications include national lifeguard (Nl) pool and intermediate first aid with cpr-C, though training support may be available for uncertified applicants.
