(Canada) Learning Program Manager

The learning program manager will design, orchestrate, and evolve scalable learning programs for customers, partners, and internal teams, focusing on improving education delivery and measuring learning impact against business outcomes. Key duties include designing and managing end-To-End certification programs and owning the planning and coordination of various learning initiatives from concept to delivery.

Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience in learning and development, certification management, or a related field, with proven experience managing large-Scale learning programs. Essential skills include strong program management, working knowledge of learning technologies, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
