The customer service representative will serve as the primary contact for all student inquiries regarding ssu services, including answering front-Line questions about plans, resources, and other offerings. Specific duties involve timely response to all communication channels, recording daily logs, contributing to operational efficiency ideas, and participating in campus events when required.
Candidates must be a full-Time or part-Time day sheridan student maintaining a minimum 2.5 gpa, possessing excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Required attributes include the ability to handle confidential information professionally and proficiency with computer software, alongside being punctual and courteous.
