The customer service representative acts as the primary contact for all student inquiries regarding ssu services, including answering front-Line questions about plans, resources, and other offerings. Duties also involve timely response to all digital communications, maintaining detailed logs, and contributing to operational efficiency recommendations.
Applicants must be full-Time or part-Time day sheridan students maintaining a minimum 2.5 gpa throughout their enrollment. Required qualifications include excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and proficiency with computer software.
