The customer service representative will serve as the primary contact for all student inquiries regarding the sheridan student union (Ssu) and its services, including answering front-Line questions and promoting available services. Specific duties involve managing communications via email, voicemail, and live chat, recording detailed daily logs, and contributing ideas for operational efficiency.
Candidates must be full-Time or part-Time day sheridan students maintaining a minimum 2.5 gpa, possessing excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Required attributes include the ability to deal courteously with the community, punctuality, professionalism, and proficiency with computer software.
