Job ID #31795: Instructor Guard

The instructor guard reports to the aquatics supervisor and is responsible for providing aquatic instruction and lifeguarding services in a safe and enjoyable environment, adhering to all relevant policies and regulations. General duties include instructing aquatic programs up to bronze cross, performing rescues, monitoring pool safety, and executing basic pool operational and administrative tasks.

Candidates must be a minimum of 15 years old and maintain current certifications including national lifeguard – pool, lifesaving society instructor, swim instructor, and standard first aid with cpr – c. A satisfactory vulnerable sector screening is also required as a condition of employment.
