Youth Education Support Program (YESP) Facilitator

The facilitator engages and supports youth aged 16-24 through positive change processes aimed at increasing academic engagement and preventing drop-Out by building trust, designing individualized support plans, and coordinating wrap-Around services. Key duties include providing educational workshops, individual assistance, coordinating resources like financial aid and mentorship, and maintaining regular communication with schools and parents.

Candidates must possess a post-Secondary degree in a related field such as counseling, psychology, or social sciences, along with two years of experience working with diverse individuals. Essential qualities include confidence in facilitating workshops, the ability to work independently under competing priorities, and exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
