Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a post-Secondary degree in a related field such as counseling, psychology, or social sciences, along with two years of experience working with diverse individuals. Essential qualities include confidence in facilitating workshops, the ability to work independently under competing priorities, and exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
