This role involves leading the launch and growth of new community-Driven initiatives, requiring both strategic vision and hands-On execution to manage programs, staff, and systems from inception. Key duties include overseeing program design, leading recruitment and supervision of staff, managing budgets, and building relationships with external partners and community groups.
Candidates must possess a post-Secondary degree or diploma in a related field, preferably a master's degree, along with a minimum of five years' experience working with multi-Barriered clients and direct supervisory experience in a community program setting. Strong skills in partnership building, business writing, interpersonal communication, and adaptability in ambiguous, fast-Paced environments are essential.
