Candidates must have over 3 years of previous learning and development experience and a post-Secondary degree in fields like adult education, instructional design, or curriculum development. Required capabilities involve designing diverse learning solutions across various modalities and utilizing l&d software such as articulate storyline/Rise 360 and adobe creative suite.
