Candidates must have an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of related experience, with a postgraduate degree in adult learning & development and certification in instructional technology/Human performance technology being preferred. The role requires expert-Level professional knowledge in instructional design and development, handling medium to high complexity and risk projects.
