Marine Life Duty Manager

The marine life duty manager provides daily leadership and supervision to animal care, education, and supervisory staff while ensuring productivity, safety, cleanliness, and high-Quality guest experiences through routine oversight. This role also involves leading, implementing, and monitoring animal behavioral training programs using established conditioning techniques.

Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of marine mammal care and training experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity, with a bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred. Proficiency in modern animal husbandry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to pass a security clearance are also necessary.
