The student auditing assistant provides administrative and financial support to student representative associations (Sras), including conducting outreach to collect financial records for compliance and presenting audit findings to the uasu audit committee. This role also involves maintaining governance records, assisting sras with procedural questions, and ensuring proper resource access in the student group management system.
Candidates must currently be enrolled as an undergraduate student at the university of alberta and possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with the demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with apple products and google applications, and any prior experience in university or uasu governance structures.
