Candidates must possess 1-2 years of experience working with children/Youth with complex needs or developmental disabilities and be pursuing or have completed relevant education in fields like psychology or therapy. A clear criminal record check, strong english communication skills, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle are mandatory.
