Core responsibilities
The success coach supports high school students by building developmental relationships and providing one-To-One support to identify and address barriers preventing school success. Responsibilities include extensive case management across areas like housing, employment, and education, alongside collaborating with the calgary board of education and external agencies.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in human services or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 3-5 years of experience working with vulnerable youth. A clear criminal record check with a vulnerable sector search, an intervention record check, a valid alberta driver's license, and access to a vehicle are mandatory requirements.
