Reporting to the general manager, the lead coach is responsible for coaching about 25 hours per week while also onboarding, developing, and retaining a team of coaches to ensure a five-Star member experience and high retention rates. Duties include evaluating candidates and current coaches, creating coach pairings, and providing world-Class lobby experiences when scheduled.
The ideal candidate must be organized, emotionally balanced, intrinsically motivated, possess high standards, and demonstrate passion and professionalism. This role requires strong leadership, teamwork, mentoring, and teaching abilities to impact member retention and community confidence.
