This role supports the university's external partnership portfolio by developing, strengthening, and stewarding relationships with mission-Aligned organizations like christian schools and non-Profits. The manager sets regional partnership strategy, establishes objectives, and oversees field engagement execution through the community engagement coordinator.
Candidates must have 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, partnership development, or external relations, with a preference for experience in christian education or ministry networks. A bachelor's degree is required, and a graduate degree is preferred, alongside a strong understanding of christian educational and ministry ecosystems.
