The officer will lead engaging soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 13 years, while also supervising and mentoring a team of part-Time and seasonal coaches to maintain program quality and safety. Key duties include overseeing session setup, event operations, providing training to staff, and acting as the main liaison between coaches and management.
The ideal candidate must be an energetic and enthusiastic experienced coach comfortable running youth sessions, mentoring staff, and collaborating on program development, with a passion for working with young children. Required availability includes weekday evenings and/Or weekend mornings, and the candidate must be reliable, professional, and organized, with experience managing or supervising other coaches.
