The role involves coaching soccer for children ranging from 18 months up to 14 years old, focusing initially on fun and engagement for toddlers and progressing to skill development and game-Like situations for older youth. Coaches must deliver engaging activities and provide feedback to parents.
Candidates must be energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with and engaging young children, with specific experience required for either toddler (Ages 2-5) or youth (Ages 6-14) groups. Availability on weekday evenings and/Or weekends is mandatory, along with the physical fitness to coach for extended periods.
