The training and development manager will drive personnel transformation by defining and integrating key competencies in production, leadership development, and sustainable learning frameworks to support a high-Performing organization. Key duties include defining strategic competencies, designing the learning management system framework, developing leadership pipelines, and implementing a long-Term learning roadmap.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, education, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in training and development, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing setting. Fluency in both english and french, proficiency with lms platforms, and experience creating measurable programs aligned with strategic business needs are required.
