The administrator will provide high-Level administrative support to the vice-President of university advancement, focusing on optimizing business travel, managing records related to prospects, and supporting the executive director of advancement operations. Primary duties include effectively managing the vp’s complex travel schedule, anticipating needs, preparing necessary documentation, and overseeing trip follow-Up and expense reporting.
Candidates should possess seasoned executive administrator experience with a proven ability to manage complex travel and calendar arrangements, preferably within an academic or advancement setting. Essential abilities include advanced organizational, critical thinking, analytical skills, high proficiency in microsoft office, strong communication skills, and a high degree of discretion when handling confidential information.
