The vice principal will support the principal in fulfilling the duties of principal as per section 28 of the nb education act. This role also involves promoting optimum learning for all students through instructional leadership, maintaining a positive school climate, monitoring progress, and effective stakeholder communication.
Candidates must possess a valid new brunswick principal’s certificate or interim principal’s certificate, along with a valid new brunswick teacher’s certificate (Preferably certificate vi). Essential qualifications include having or having had a continuing contract in new brunswick and a minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience in the public school system, with written and spoken competence in english.
