The human resources officer will assist the department in developing, implementing, and managing hr programs and tasks for all district staff, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the hr function. Key duties include interpreting and administering collective agreements across five union groups and one non-Bargaining management group.
Candidates must possess a university degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field, preferably with a major in human resources, along with approximately three years of hr experience, though equivalent training may be considered. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required, alongside the ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality.
