They provide strategic guidance and creative solutions in areas like talent acquisition, organizational development, and change management while collaborating with specialist hr groups to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Candidates must possess a relevant university degree, preferably in human resources or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of progressive hr experience. Strong skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, problem-Solving, and communication are essential, as is knowledge of issues affecting indigenous peoples and understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles.
