Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree or post-Secondary diploma, with a library techniques diploma being an asset, and previous library or customer service experience is preferred. Essential competencies include modeling organizational values, strong customer-First orientation, collaborative problem-Solving, and proficiency with library systems and microsoft office 365.
